A brief history of EroEstate Asset Management LLC and its principals

Our asset management company was founded in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1976 as a real estate brokerage company specializing in site selection work for national restaurant chains. Eli Rouimi is a licensed realtor and MBA graduate that joined in 2011.

In retail development, EroEstate has represented builder-developers in the acquisition of properties for the development and construction of single tenant, net leased properties; retail shopping centers and mixed-use properties; and assisted in market studies and all aspects of due diligence. In recent years EroEstate has expanded its services to include 1031 exchanges and residential and commercial property management.

The personnel of EroEstate have represented some of the largest and best-known names in the restaurant, retail and real estate development business. On the tenant side, EroEstate has represented Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze, Red Lobster, and Longhorn Steakhouse) exclusively in South Florida for over 30 years. Other current national clients include BJs Restaurant &Brewhouse, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Family Dollar Stores, and McDonalds USA (corporate).

In January 2009, EroEstate Asset Management was formed in response to the requests for due diligence consultation and loss mitigation services on non-performing residential and commercial mortgage debt. EroEstate assisted to fund over 100 non-performing loans owned by Kondaur Capital Corporation or in partnership as principals with local investors. In the past 48 months, EroEstate has successfully mitigated and disposed of over 500 plus residential assets on behalf of its clients and partners.

Meet Our Team

• Eli Rouimi – CEO & Founder of EroEstate LLC
  Eli Rouimi started off by educating himself and completing his Bachelor degree in Biology at Yeshiva University in 2006.  He got licensed to practice real estate in the State of Florida immediately after. He continued his education by completing his MBA in 2008 at Nova Southeastern University, with a particular focus in Entrepreneurship, a program founded by H. Wayne Huzeinga. Eli was admitted to dental school at the worldly acclaimed dental program at Mcgill University in Montreal, Canada to obtain a dental doctorate degree (DMD). He decided to leave the program in its first year and pursue his passion in real estate along with other business developments such as a dry cleaners and more.

  David has been employed since 2011. His active role is investor relations and management of the Paris office. He graduated with a degree in Finance and has an important role in bringing European investors to purchase our distressed mortgages.

• Roi Tomas – Director of Acquistions and Dispositions, Miami, FL office (2440 NE Miami Gardens Dr. #102, Miami, FL 33180).
  Roi has recently been recruited as an acquisitions manager for the company. His position is to actively meet with new lenders and create this bank to corporation relationship. He has over 5 years’ experience in the real estate field, mainly foreclosures, and handles our wholesale department.
